What is the worst "end of the world" movie of all time?

Hollywoods got it's claws in the kids too.

Hmmm??? Do I think that all this "end of the world hype" in mainstream movies is creating unnecessary paranoia amongst the people?? Well let's break it down. I am part of the people, and I(myself)have no worries. If I base my existence on a block buster hit my world already has come to an end in my opinion. Yes they twinge my fearful emotions, and really surface the "what if's", but the idea of entertainment value comes to play, and then that thought brings me to consider money, Hollywood, and hype. That's what it's all about these days for the multi-million dollar block buster hit's. Hype brings people, and people bring money. These directors & movie producers just manufacture a Jello mold of the buzz they hear about. These are questions that already exist & subjects people know little about and are curious for more. Topic's that are ALREADY feared! Who are these people? Film makers? Artists? Manipulators? Both? Thats the beauty of it all. Tell me what cha' think.....I am listening....we all are.* Okay if you really want to get your fears pumping I advise you rent a documentary. Documentary's that give real facts, dates, and educated predictions to "end of the world" myths, predictions, and prophecy's. Edgar Casey or Nostradamus for example.

Today I interviewed a very distinguished, children's movie critic. Her name is Autum Rose, an intellectual 6 yr. old, who just so happens to be my beautiful daughter, and my best friend. I sat down with her looking to ask a few questions about the Disney/Pixar movie "WALL-E". I asked her simply, "tell me what the movie Walle is about"? She quickly replied with, " It's the end of the world, well actually all the people go to live in space cause earth is filled with lots, and lots of garbage. That is what WALL-E is for, to clean up all the trash that humans made". This movie takes place 700 yrs. in the future, and is much more than just a sc-fi action cartoon with "really cool robots". It holds the concept of mass destruction (on a much lighter note yes)but still implies a massive change & adjustment for man kind. This can be more positive than negative considering that children are the future. Movies like "Wall-E" bring awareness among the kiddy crowd, showing us that selfish acts against the environment only lead to negative consequences for ALL. Like "tons of icky broken buildings". None the less "WALL-E" has planted the seed of precaution in the young minds of our future.
